"The hotel is slightly dated but the staff are superb and the location in a nice quiet area only a few minutes walk to the main street and beach are handy. The train station is about 20 mins walk. The breakfast was nice and I found the reception staff very approachable. The room was basic but very clean."

"I’ve check in at 11:20 pm and the room didn’t have any calefaction system( they asked me for an extra 5 € to be able to use the air conditioner but I refused to pay it). In the morning they didn’t serve me the breakfast which was included in my reservation but they said that it wasn’t included."

Отель Avenusta позиционирует себя как отель 1*, но по-моему мнению вполне заслуживает 3* благодаря очень приятному и вежливому персаналу(они-же хозяева), месторасположению, чистоте и отличному питанию! Мы брали завтрак и ужин. На завтраках всё как обычно, а вот ужины нам очень понравились! Сначала в Вашем распоряжении буфет - Шведский стол, а потом подаются основные блюда. Так-же очень порадовали бесплатные напитки за ужином, такое редко...

There had been also a mistake from your company: We could not phone them, as on your Expedia documents, there were no phone number of this hotel!"

"Tja, om Villa Alberta kan jag inte säga något alls. Trots bekräftelse på min bokning var det igenbommat/stängt när vi kom. Det påverkade vår vistelse mycket positivt för vi bodde i San Marino istället, mitt i gamla stan för nästan samma peng. Och jag kommer nog i fortsättningen inte anlita denna sight, ringer hellre ett hotel och får tips."
