"Enjoyed our stay with two children and two adults. Positives - Clean, food quality, friendly staff, lots to keep kids entertained. Negatives- charge to rent lockers, chairs in water park (no loungers) hard mattress and pillows "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was a plus and very organized. One elevator was down so it took a long time to get onto the elevator. They said that three floors had ice machines and only one machine on a certain floor worked. Rooms were ok but could definately be updated. Bring your own pillows ; theirs were old and very lumpy. Rooms were very quiet for the 3 nights we were there and the falls and casino were very close. ( walkable ) - parking was terrible. We had to pay...
