"The apartment was clean but lacked any soap, shampoo, dishsoap or other cleaning products, which staff refused to provide. There is no AC and no fans are provided. The beds were of poor quality, one broke when someone lied down, however it was replaced quickly. Staff is friendly and responsive on WhatsApp, but there is no way to talk to someone on the phone, and there is no staff working in person at the hotel. "This place is truly a gem! The location was wonderfully off-the-beaten-track, making it seem even more of an oasis. The short walk to the beach was fun, and the beach itself was amazing. Breakfast was fantastic, with jambon, fresh fruit and warm, fresh baked bread. We can't wait to return. Ideally located for exploring the Costa Brava."
