"Check in was a very smooth process. The person checking us in was extremely helpful. This was my second time in Rome in the last year so I had a general idea of the city. Still I found the map that they provided and the fact that they took the time to explain the surround areas and main attractions extremely helpful. "Very friendly receptionist, Ruby welcomed us with a lot of information of activities, provided a map and gave us all the directions to the main attractions. We’ve got a free upgrade into an annex building around the corner, very nice, spacious and clean room. Quiet space. Walkable distance to all main interest points. "The property was hidden away on a side street. The room was clean and in decent condition. There were some marks to the head board. The private bathroom for our room was along the hall as opposed to being en suite was the only thing which stopped this from being a 5 star review. The whole staff are very good and responsive. I would recommend it to my friends, as location is great: 15 minute walk to collosseum, trevi fountain is about similar, pantheon a bit further like 30 minutes."
