"Nice beach setting, nice pool, good air conditioning. The first room they gave me was bare bones, just a bed, and no wifi signal. They gave me a nicer room in the main building, but the bedroom and bathroom floors were dirty and sandy. The toilet had no seat and as you are sitting on the bare porcelain the sink is right in your face. "First of all, out of a whole room you only get a tiny window and you still have bars like prison stops the circulation of air feeling suffocated. Second of all, no WiFi for 5 days after promising day after day for WiFi. 1000 peso fine for any stain on bed sheets and for any alcohol so no drinking allowed in room. Fine for washing, drying and ironing in your room as it's not allowed. No balconies to sit and and relax and false advertising of gym when it's locked away with sofas and literally...

"The Breakfast Buffet is delicious, a lot of food to choose from. The staff are very nice and helpful. View from the room is phenomenal (stayed by the beachfront 4th floor). Enjoyed riding the Banana Boat and walking on the floatable island."

"Owners and staff were fantastic and showed a care for my wife and I that is rare to see in this day and age. The surroundings showed a natural beauty of these mountains. It’s not walking distance to any city but there are trikes and jeepneys around to take you where you want to go if you don’t have your own transportation. We will be staying here again the next time we visit"
