"Nobody at office on arrival..nobody answered either phone number..we were tired and had to wait 2 hours..there were keysafes but no message to collect our key from safe..very poor checkin"

"It was exactly as expected. Great staff, very helpful. But the hotel and its amenities are very old, in need of a renovation. Either way, it was a nice stay overall. Wide rooms and comfortable individual beds. Clean room and bathroom. We got a room with a terrace which was nice. "

"Ideal location in the centre of Pamplona surrounded by bars and near the main square. The windows were excellent at keeping out the noise of the street. Room basic but all you need. The staff were lovely, breakfast was a nice little buffet and the bar was great to enjoy a drink at the end of the night with a few pintxos."
