"Staff was amazing. The room was clean. But the bed needs to be changed. On 1 side of the bed was caved in. The floors could use a new one paint on the floor and on the bathroom door. Mat in the bathroom could also use an upgrade. Other than that the place was ok to stay in"

"I understand they are understaffed.Sercutity is there now. Still homeless is around stairs wells at night. Noisy people above us. As long as they keep improving,they will be a great place."

"Everything was clean. Would have liked at least a coffee pot in the room. Never stayed here before so didn’t realize there were no amenities/ no frills No counter space in the bathroom Tv needed to be mounted higher LOVED that it was pet friendly ❤️ Luggage stand would be nice 😊 "
