"Long time for check in but staff hurried up the process. Room had only 1 towel and no cups was told we needed to request ahead of time. During us leaving housekeeping barged in without knocking. Except for the nuances the staff was very accommodating and the hotel was close to the main train station."

"The hotel staff was great. The daily cleaning was a joke. The beds were poorly made and nobody emptied the garbage cans for 3 days. The bathroom was not cleaned after room service. I was very confused by the daily room service. Not sure what the standards are. I booked 3 rooms and all of them had the same poor daily room cleaning service. "

"The location is great-walk right into the city from the front door. Laundry is definitely a problem-the washer and dryer are 1 unit and the clothes do not get dry so you have to hang clothes all around your apartment to dry and so it takes awhile. Also, if you checkout at 11 there isn’t a place to safely keep bags if you have a later flight and want to spend time enjoying your last day"

"Traveling alone for business and really like this hotel. Property is clean and well kept up. Located very close to train / tram access and can get anywhere quickly. Staff is super friendly and breakfast was pretty basic but totally acceptable. My room was big with full kitchen. Dining options are limited in the direct surroundings but no complaints because the best doner kepab place is 2 blocks away.
