"This was an amazing stay. Quiet and peaceful. View was somewhat obscured by the fog during the winter but you can still see the valley below and rice terraces when the fog lifts a little. Water pressure is good in the bathroom and there is hot water. "The property itself is well located in a quiet strip, and close enough to the center. The manager was nice and offered to upgrade my room for extra 400vnd but I refused due to the weather and there was no view anyway. The room I got was big and comfortable, and clean. The aircon didn’t work but I don’t need it. There were broken pots outside of my room and unfortunately, the landslide on the front of the property scared me so I couldn’t sleep. The pool was also closed due to the landslide....

"For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff.
