"The hotel rooms at the Grand Casino are clean and comfortable! They have been recently renovated and are very nice. The bed was comfortable and the pillows and bedding were clean and nice! Check in was easy and very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely plan on returning!"

"They were quick at check in, Very polite, We had a little oops on our reservation on our end and they glady fixed it for us quickly! The only downfall is they don't have shuttles running during the week so we had to walk to the hotel from the chalets which isn't to far normally but in the winter when it's freezing outside it sucks, Also the pool is awesome at the main hotel and open to adults till 1am but Absolutely no beers or alcohol allowed at all which takes away the fun of being there until...

"We used this super cozy place for around two weeks for additional holiday company over Christmas and the New Year. Really wonderful. Excellent communication all around. Highly recommend. And be sure to stop in and have a meal at The Bear Creek Tavern just down the road. Highly recommend that, too."
