"Must be newly renovated. It was super quiet and comfortable. Beds were comfy, room was clean and nothing was broken. We did not have daily housekeeping but we didn’t mind it at all. Metro is a bit of a walk (20mins) but tram was a 5min walk. We preferred the tram. We were concerned from the prior reviews but at checkin, since our room was available, they let us check in at 10am. Everything was super smooth and staff was great. I would stay here again."

I needed a prescription filled and the lady at reception was able to assist me with making a doctors appointment for the same day which I’m told can be difficult for new patients. I know she had to ring around. "

"Great location. Excellent breakfast included in the rate. Quiet. Comfortable. But be aware if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, there is no lift and the rooms are on the third and fourth floors. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Leuven."
