"AVOID!! Didn't feel safe in this property i had to move and pay for somewhere else the first night, area not secured as gates left open, loud music & cars beeping late at night. People running back and forth shouting outside our room, men leaving room doors open so everyone could see inside. Room was smelly, dirty and worn down. Did not look anything like the pictures displayed."

Very Clean we have everything we need. although there is no staff around, connecting with the help desk or customer service is very easy, convenient and they reply promptly. There are a lot of places to buy your groceries and bakeries all over. very close to the Main Train Station like Gare du Nord and Gare el Est. Although it can be noisy late at night from the neighboring clubs and restaurants but the double window panel...

"Reception closed with poor signage to the nearby Campanile reception. Lack of sleep due to neighbouring rooms partying all night. Man those mattresses need some oiling after all that squeaking. Definitely not sound proofed rooms"

"I would give this property 10 stars if possible. Everything was great and the hospitality was great. The location can't get better then this. A pith we have to change hotel as the next hotel doesn't let us cancel. I would recommend anybody to stay here! Free laundry too!"

"I like the location of the hotel. The staffs are really friendly and professional. My room were very maintained and well looked after. What I did not like, it’s that the shower compartment were very small. I found it very difficult to use the shower"

"The place is really nice, although no elevator However I would said that when you look for a hotel is so there is easy access to it, this is a bit different as we have to wait for the person to give us access instead of getting to the reception and get the correct information. Over all it was good staying there"
