"Have just returned from a lovely few nights at The Vibe for my first visit to Hobart. The location is fantastic, a very short and easy walk to the water, many dining options both casual and a la carte, the shops, transport, everything. The staff were all friendly, a very clean room, beautiful building and foyer area. I was lucky to have a harbour view room, with the sun streaming in each morning. My only negative would be the expensive room service. Everything else was wonderful. "

"Nice place, very well located near the harbor. The room was very large, but very dark. Walls and ceilings are dark green with minimal lighting. There was a large window that looked out on a very narrow space to the next building. No natural light came into the room. The hotel staff say they created a cozy environment. For me it was more like a hole with no light. "

"The Claremont was an easy place to stay. We didn't utilise the hotel bistro or breakfast but the facilities looked good. The room was basic and small but was very clean and provided tea & coffee. The bed was comfortable and the room suited our needs for the one night stay."
