"The stay was good, the location was good near the train station. Unfortunately the cost was high, maybe due to some event in Leuven at that time, although this is not justified in my opinion. Ibis budget should not raise the cost beyond a certain amount (it should be below 50 Euro/night in all circumstances) as it offers a very basic accommodation."
