"Traditional from the outside but modern inside. Also very close to the centre. Comfortable rooms and modern bathrooms. If I am being picky the pillows were not comfortable but otherwise perfect for our 2 night stay."

"We came to Trier for the Christmas market and to visit the Roman sites. The hotel was ideally placed for both. There's no restaurant but the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and catered well for a gluten intolerance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking in the underground carpark was fine if a little tight to navigate in a bigger car. The staff were excellent and helpful. They spoke perfect English but humoured our schoolboy German! All round good."

Es war in einem Zustand, dass wir erstmal eine Stunde geputzt und jedes Geschirr, das wir nutzen wollten, gespült haben. "We LOVED our stay here. The hosts made it feel like we were staying with family. They were accommodating and really kind, friendly, and generous. They even surprised us with Belgium waffles for our family. The house has a lot of space. Our party of 8 had plenty of room to spread out and we all rested well here. The house and property are immaculately clean. I usually wash all of the dishes before we use them when staying at a new place, but it was so clean here that we felt comfortable using...

We stayed in a suite/family room. It was clean and a great space, but very dated and could do wuth a refresh. Felt like it was in the 80s. But that said we had a good stay and would go back."
