"Close to everything, 5-15 minutes from agora, parks, acropolis, etc. Met super nice girls in the room and the view was spectacular. Cheap dining and breakfast less than two blocks away and the guy at the reception gave us a great recommendation for a bakery to try! Within two blocks of the square that hosts a market, a flea market, the city centre Main Street and the metro station that leads to the airport. Couldnt be asked for a better stay for that value. "Room was basic but clean. Less than one minute walk to gate E7 for Cyclades. Fair number of eating options in the vacinity. Air con good. Okay for one night stay but not for any longer. To be fair, the hotel is designed to meet the need for overnight travellers accessing the port and nothing more, which it does well. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Art Gallery hotel. While the hotel is dated and could use updating, the value for money is quite good. The location is excellent - very walkable to the Acropolis and dining. The staff were pleasant and helpful with local recommendations. One minor complaint: one staff member liked to sit outside and smoke on the front steps, and the smoke wafted in and up to the corridor outside our room. All in all, I would recommend this for a budget hotel option in Athens."

"A downtown European hotel. Very basic and small room but no bugs and the ac worked. We liked the 24 hour desk and the staff spoke English and gave tips. Very walkable to the old Town and Acropolis. I would not suggest walking around at night in this neighborhood. It was good for our one night to explore the Acropolis area on q budget. "
