"The women who work there were absolutely wonderful and kind. They even told me to contact them if I had any hiccups with the train. For anyone who books here there are limited hours for check in but there is a number you can call and they will arrive quickly. Make sure you have you cell data sorted out so you can call them. The rooms are reasonably sized and include fridge. Visitors with mobility concerns should note there is no elevator and the stairs are winding."
