"We only stayed one night but enjoyed the hotel and its amenities that we were able to utilize. Took advantage of Happy Hour at Shula’s and used the pool/hot tub. Very nice hotel and comfortable bed. Quick drive or uber ride to 5th avenue for shopping and dining. Didn’t get to use the shuttle for the beach but we will next time. "

"All we were looking for was a place to hang our hats for one evening before heading to the airport the next morning. We decided to stay here as we wanted to support the Matlacha community which has been so devastated the last couple of years. While our expectations were low, Matlacha on Shoreview far exceeded our expectations. We only rented a 1 bed studio, so the room was pretty basic. However, the room had everything we required for our stay. Wish we had had more time to enjoy the property....
