You can literally hear your neighbor having a casual conversation. The room next to us were up until 2 am talking, so we couldn't sleep. The only thing that was a challenge - which wasn’t the hotels fault - was that we had people that were on the floor directly above us that were stomping very loud on and off throughout our entire stay.
