The people hanging around outside were just a tad sketchy who appeared to be locals not guests. Despite that, I did not have any issues otherwise. "Hotel relativement bien placé a proximite du métro de de la gare du nord. Par contre cest sur le boulevard Magenta donc tres fréquenté jusqu'au tard dans la nuit, ce qui fait cet hotel un peu bruyant. La proporete de la chambre nest pas au top niveau mais cela reste acceptable. Il y avait des travaux aux etages supérieurs donc beaucoup de poussieres dan sles communs.
