They were a very loud talker on the phone and then played music until midnight. In the morning when using the WC, it was smelling of smoke as someone was smoking. I do not like smelling of...

"I liked the location. And the staff... they could use much better pillows... and because a lot of young people stay there, they should have a noise curfew... so you don't here the youngsters having a good time until after midnight"

"The pension as a whole is fine, separate bathrooms, the cleanliness etc is fine. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and a minor thing the coffee machine did not work. I had to contact the manager to see if my traveling companion was ok as she was not responding to my knocks on the door and the manager did not see any urgency even though the plans we had made were broken and I did not know where she was, she eventually turned up, but the manager did not."

"Very difficult to drive in to the property. It would be helpful to get instructions for nearby parking upon booking. Helpful staff at the desk. Very close to city center. Very noisy all night long. "
