"Stayed 2 nights in an Ensuite room. Room was tiny as was the bathroom, literally no room to unpack our suitcase. However it was clean, quiet and the shower was good. Also there was parking under the hotel for just 10e a day. Overall excellent value if just wanting basic accommodation. "

"AVOID!! Didn't feel safe in this property i had to move and pay for somewhere else the first night, area not secured as gates left open, loud music & cars beeping late at night. People running back and forth shouting outside our room, men leaving room doors open so everyone could see inside. Room was smelly, dirty and worn down. Did not look anything like the pictures displayed."

"I don't understand it, but Everytime and takes two events together... There are empty rooms, but will put everyone together. I don't understand it, have 50 empty rooms, but will put next person right next to me. For housekeeping? You mean the ones that go up and down the halls anyway? Never mind the customers. Next part is that people are rude and unaware, as they talk (can hear through walls) and slam doors, always ruin the doors and slam them. Management seems to like that. Never again."

"Staff is very nice and accommodating, they even stored our luggage which was extremely generous of them and very much appreciated. Steep stairs were rough after a long day but still doable as an active person. Problem was the bathroom was not cleaned to my liking, which was addressed with manager, and he agreed to fix it. "This is a basic hotel, but at this price and in this part of Paris, Hotel Acacia offers an excellent deal. For a single traveller who wants a comfortable bed for the night, a clean toilet and shower, and easy access to public transport, this is a really good, no-nonsense option."

"The view from my room was beautiful out the balcony. The shower was ridiculously small and inconvenient, the elevator was so small for a person over 150lbs, the staff was wonderful. I had a great time primarily because of the location and the balcony. If i was on an inner room i wouldn't have stayed longer than a night. I was lucky to have a street view and balcony! Staff was great! The walls are so thin i could talk to my neighbors which was embarrassing. "

"Apartment had everything we needed. Did not make use of the full kitchen facilities but it was good to have as an option. You can hear noise from apartment next door and above so this did cause some sleep disruption but not a major issue on the odd occasion. A comfortable stay overall."

"It was an okay "hotel". The shower curtain had mold all over it, the whole building needs decorating or something to make it fresh as looks quite run down. Was okay for 2 nights but can get more value for money else where. "

"The women who work there were absolutely wonderful and kind. They even told me to contact them if I had any hiccups with the train. For anyone who books here there are limited hours for check in but there is a number you can call and they will arrive quickly. Make sure you have you cell data sorted out so you can call them.
