"We booked into this property , we were not told in booking that renovation work was being carried out which was very inconvenient. You had to access hotel via underground car park . Air con/heating system in room did not work first night was positively cold despite a spell of good weather a heater was provided . The water for showering was cold/ lukewarm. . Understaffed second morning of breakfast I actually went and lifted pot of coffee tea for myself and sisters . The hotel is run down and...

"Lovely staff, very comfy bed. Nice spacious room and no noisy fans or heaters which was lovely. Nice that the windows opened too. Very convenient to walk to everything from."
