"We entered as some other guests were leaving. I don't know if we would have been able to check in if not for them. The information on the internet says that reception is not 24 hours but we managed ok. Communication is not always clear - since we don't speak Spanish, we relied on google translate. Everything was fine with our stay - I'm just not sure how reliable/easy it would have been if there were any problems. The room was a little bit cramped but good enough. "Each room had its own garage that was high enough to take our transit van. Our ferry was delayed but there was no problem arriving at 2am. Everything was spotlessly clean. There was a pod hot drink maker and biscuits. Excellent value for money. I could not fault it."
