"We had one of the modern rooms so didn’t feel the “castle” feeling in our room. The grounds and breakfast room were very beautiful though. Ours was a plain room, but overall comfortable, with heating, and pretty spacious for 3 of us. we had a few ants in the bathroom and on the beds though since our arrival. Also please be advised the parking lot is so narrow, it’s a one way entrance but somehow they want you to make a u-turn and park facing downhill . The first night we arrived I was more than...

"The staff are tremendously helpful and they literally try their best to provide a warm service to their guests. The location is close to the airport with walking distance to the main tourist attractions. Hotel facilities are modern and room decorations are simple but elegant. Moreover, the hotel also offer shuttle service to the airport and for the city tour. It would be a wonderful place to stay in Porto."

"The 2 different Receptionist were very amiable. The Cleaner, was also helpful in getting my TV to work. The Shower not so good, as the water did not go down until I’d finished & was out of the cubicle. I therefore had to shower in a tray full of soapy, used, water. Which isn’t very nice. I did report this. But obviously this was as I was leaving ( I was only there the 1night.) "
