"I like cleanliness.The hotel should clean the carpet in the room by wet vacuum. The staffs are very attentive and helpful. Phuc at VIP check-in is oustanding. Vu at 19- buffet is excellent in group party sevices. "

"Very convenient. Turn right out of hotel and it's a 2 mins walk to Ben Thanh market, keep going straight and it's a around 5 mins walk to Nguyen Hue walking street. Room is dated but large, bed also good. Bathroom sink leaked the whole time we were there but we didn't care. Staff is friendly. With so many hotel options in Q1 area, this one is good middle choice for price and convenience if you don't care about the other amenities."

"I stayed in a suite, and it was beautiful with a wonderful patio. However, my friends stayed in a regular room and it was tiny. The gym is really inadequate and the pool is small if you want to swim laps. The staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. They were excellent. The restaurant food is ok, but on the bland side (I was looking forward to scorching hot food like I had in Saigon in 1992, but things have changed)."
