They really take care of you and make you feel at home, with complimentary snacks, coffee, tea and fruit in the main sitting room that makes you feel like you're in cozy living room. "Good location for accessing tapas bars. Friendly service. Because service people are not always at the reception, we need to carefully communicate our arrival time. Because a tapas bar is just next the building, it is noisy but not so much. We slept well."

Our early morning flight was canceled and ti reschedule we needed a Spanish speaker. The Receptionist patiently spoke with the airline so we were able to reschedule without having to go to the airport. "
