My biggest frustration was the poor communication with the property before checking in. I didn't receive any info on how to get the keys, which you have to retrieve from a nearby underground parking garage lockbox. "Very nice, easygoing and chilling place. The house has definitely a spirit. Only my room had a window heading to the corridor so no daily light and lot of noise from the other guests talking and partying. I would appreciate the staff to keep the noise down in late hours."
