Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was perfect for the two of us, with very comfortable beds and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back if we find ourselves in Basel again."

"Close to Basel airport on the French side. Some issue with meeting the shuttle bus because we were on the Swiss side. The driver was so patient and helpful then checked us in at the reception. Comfortable beds, nice dark room. Very good food at the restaurant."

Food and drink in the lobby restaurant were fantastic - loved the venison ghoulash. Clean comfy rooms. Had trouble with the heat/air but we opened a window. Overall highly recommend."
