"Great place to stay. The woman who worked the afternoon shift on the desk was very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great -- an easy walk to Alhambra, and right in the thick of old town. Loads of interesting little shops, restaurants, etc. Nice balcony with the room overlooking a plaza, great to stand out and people watch. Getting to the hotel was a story, however, LOL! "I was travelling alone and felt completely safe during my stay. The receptionist was extremely helpful and pleasant. The room smelt lovely and was spotless, really comfortable and quiet at night. The hotel is in a great location, literally minutes from restaurants, shops and buildings/places of interest. The only thing missing was. Kettle, I love a morning tea in my room 😃"

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hostal El Olivo, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room i stayed in was very clean with new towels and bedding changed everyday. The air conditioning also worked very well in the room. The hotel is also conveniently located in the centre of Granada. Theres lots of lovely bars and restaurants along the same street as the hotel, I strongly recommend the Abra Pampa Taberna next to the hotel. Hostal El Olivo Thank You Christopher Hampton"

"Hotel needs a lot of work. Although i was less bothered because price wasn't the most expensive and i only come back to sleep, the hotel is very noisy and dirty and rooms are in a rough shape, the daily cleaning is not bad, but the base state of the hotel is very bad : - you can hear everything, other guests coming and going, people going up/down stairs, zero sonor isolation... - Dirty walls and cracked ceiling, - veery small and moldy shower. - very old furniture "
