"The apartment was beautiful and clean. It was very comfortable. The one issue was the QR code to get into the building was not easy. We were not the only ones other people staying in the building had the same issue. It took quite some time to get the doors open. Also it would have been nice to have at least 1 English speaking channel. The neighborhood was party central loud music until late in the hours. "

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Sofia... the service was good. The room good for our 3 days stay... nice bedding... too little pillows though... WC clean... when we return at night the room is clean. Alpha the hotel manager was the best... always cordial and friendly... Ebrahiem as well... however his English was sometimes a problem. Overall a good stay..."
