This welcoming oasis is only 15 minutes from Fort Leonard Wood and is the perfect place to stay when traveling to attend your soldiers basic training graduation or visit for family day. Here for my sons OSUT graduation. It was a beautiful place to come and reflect on the days activities. Vanessa thought if every possible detail to make our stay perfect!

Perfect getaway!
My husband and I wanted a peaceful and relaxing getaway and that is exactly what we got here! The home is beautiful! You can see the love and thought that has went into this place. Vanessa has thought of everything you could need while staying and she is wonderful to deal with. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for FLW Graduation Celebration
This property was very clean and inviting. Everything was in great working condition. We stayed for three nights and had a great time celebrating my son's graduation from OSUT at Fort Leonard Wood. The property is a 20 minute from the FLW Visitor's Center, very easy access. Plenty of space to have a home cooked meal and lounge. Also a great fire pit.

Beautiful Home
This home was a beautiful A frame home with all the amenities you could want. The host was very easy to get ahold of. The house sits in a peaceful neighborhood. It was wonderful listening to the frogs and birds. We will definitely stay there every time we visit our family in the area.

Stayed while visiting at Fort Leonard Wood.
We stayed four days while my son was graduating from MP school at Fort Leonardwood. He was able to take leave, and this was the perfect location to just be able to kick back and relax and enjoy time together. The property is beautiful and the owners are very friendly and do an excellent job communicating. I would highly recommend, this place to anyone visiting the Fort Leonard Wood area. They really did go out of their way to create a wonderful experience for my family!

Basic training graduation adventure
This property was clean, relaxing and very peaceful! Far enough from city life but still close enough to adventure out. Most of all, the host was extremely kind and easy to communicate with. Her desire for people and family to enjoy this property as much as she does, really shows through her hospitality. Although we were only there for a few days to attend my niece’s graduation from basic training, this property is definitely worth renting again. My only regret was not staying longer!

Perfect house for a Momentous Occassion
We rented this house for our visit to Ft. Leonard Wood for our son's graduation. The location was perfect...just a 15 minute drive to the base, well within the allowed limits for Family Day. The house was extremely clean and the mattresses were very comfortable! Vanessa, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. She provided recommendations of places to eat at. The house was well equipped for cooking. We used the grill both days we were there. I don't anticipate ever needing to go back to Ft. Leonard Wood, but should the need arise, I would most definitely stay at the Cozy Cabin again, because it was indeed cozy!

Family Memorial Day Weekend
Our extended family, now scattered from Denver to St. Louis, to South Carolina came together over the Memorial Day weekend at this wonderful, private and secluded property. The inside is very nicely appointed, with a full, well configured kitchen, wifi, 2 full bathrooms and three bedrooms. An important part of our planning was the ability to bring our pets. Our dogs loved being in the great outdoors as much as we did. Vanessa and her manager were great at making check-in/out easy and our stay the peaceful, private weekend we were looking for. We would definately consider coming back!!

Very clean, well stocked with basic needs and quiet area. Would visit again if ever in the area. There was a very annoying pit bull dog in the neighborhood that barked and chased the car many times when entering and leaving the area.

Hosts thought of everything!
This was the perfect place for our family while we attended my son’s basic training graduation. We have 6 children and my parents stayed with us as well as one of my son’s friends. The host thought of everything. Spices in the cabinets, a working grill, wood for the fire pit, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms, the beds were comfy, towels smelled amazing, plenty of space and bedding for everyone. It’s gorgeous, clean, and easy peasy to drive to and from the base. The host was so kind and helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!
